越冬人参ジュース

2/20 先日掘り起こした越冬人参でジュースを作ってみました。無農薬、自家堆肥有機栽培で作った人参です。ひと冬寝かせてすごーく甘い人参になりました。ジューサーで絞っただけ自然のままの人参ジュース。今年も美味しいジュースに仕上がりました。

2/20 先日、昨年雪が降る前に埋めた人参を掘り起こしました。雪をどけ表面の堅い雪の層を割り丁寧に土をどけます。

寒干し②

2/13 良く風が通るように割りばしで腹を開き、程良く旨みが出るまで1～2か月寒干しします。美味しくなりますように！
