3月より紅ずわい蟹、5月よりキタムラサキウニが解禁。
日本海の荒波で育った身が締まった蝦夷鮑。さらに自社農場こだわりの羊肉料理も含めた期間限定のスペシャルメニューです。また、こちらのプランにはお夜食として江差産寒のりを使用した押し寿司をご用意いたします。ご予約は、お電話もしくはホームページ「プラン・ご予約」より承っております。
