期間限定ラム肉と香港ワインコンクール受賞ワイン】
当宿で提供させていただいております北海道ワインさんのワインが、「香港ワインコンクール2017」にて金賞・銀賞・銅賞と全7種類のワインが受賞されました。その中でも当宿の羊肉に合わせて飲んでいただきたいと取り寄せている「宍戸富二レゲント2015」と「北海道木樽熟成ルージュ２０１４」が銅賞を受賞されました。次回は、生後7か月の子羊の出荷予定です。ワインも受賞により品薄となっているようです。自慢の最上級のラム肉と受賞ワイン。当宿でしか味わえない組み合わせです。http://www.hokkaidowine.com/…/profi…/news/2017/20171109.html
